We appreciate those who are attending our wedding from near and far!
The closest airport to Longboat Key is the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (SRQ). It is about a 20 minute drive from the airport to the resort. Tampa International (TPA) is about a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from the airport to the resort.
We recommend renting a car if you would like to see more of Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island as Ubers are limited.

To make a reservation over the phone, individuals need to call (855) 314-2619 and must identify themselves with “McCarthy/Easterling Wedding Room Block”
Transportation
For guests staying at the resort, or those not driving themselves, a trolley will be provided to and from the ceremony location.
Pickup will be at the resort lobby and after the ceremony, the trolly will drop guests off directly at the reception tent.
